c)    Structure

       It is composed of frame, driving unit and cylinder unit, etc.

1. Rectangular square steel pipe and plate are welded together to form the frame, which is enough to withstand the maximum loading.
2. Driving system is consisted of driving unit and driven unit. Motor, reducer, transmission shaft, clutch and wheel compose the driving system, which is controlled through an electrical box.
3. Cylinder system is composed of cylinder station, oil tank and is also controlled through an electrical box.

d)    Working principle

When the electrical controller supplies the power to the motor, the automatic shift machine will move driven by the transmission system, and shift the cutting billet and the side panel to the packing line.
